What We're Looking For
Primary responsibility involves executing the campus strategy at colleges and universities across the US while building and maintaining strong internal relationships with key business stakeholders. Focused on attracting, recruiting, and interviewing candidates on campuses and referring applicants for specific job openings.
Primary Focus Will Include:
- Supporting HTNB's Offices & Divisions with their university hiring targets
- Partnering with Key Stakeholders to help drive the success of HNTB's Campus Recruiting Efforts
- Representing HNTB at Career Fairs and other Campus Events in assigned geographic area
- Serving as a subject matter expert to advice, counsel, and educate around campus recruiting best practices
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% during peak career fair season. Typically January-March and Sept-October.

What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-campus events – including information sessions, career fairs, on-campus interviews and other activities.
- Serve as primary point of contact for interns and entry level candidates throughout interview process and internship program
- Organize Office Events – including interview days, orientation, and other social functions
- Manage communication, timeline and scheduling of campus recruitment and the internship program
- Screen candidates, maintain job postings and process applicants in the ATS
- Attend Career Fairs and on-campus recruiting events
- Facilitate training for Campus Champions & Intern Supervisors and all other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or similar applicable degree
- 2 years Campus recruiting
- In lieu of education, 6 years Campus recruiting experience

Pay Range for New York, NY: $74,473.26 - $111,709.89
- Actual Compensation will be dependent upon the individual's qualifications, skills and experience as well as physical work location within the state.
