HNTB participates in E-Verify Know your rights: Right to Work What We're Looking For e-Builder Administrator who will report to the Program Controls Manager and with limited supervision be responsible to set up, modify and customize the PMCS to meet program or project needs, build workflows as needed, build reports/dashboards as needed; communicate with project teams and client; train them on the systems including development of training documents. Primary Focus Will Include: Provide e-Builder administrative support. Provide ongoing support to PMCS users including authorized configuration adjustments and reporting from PMCS Coordinate with process owners to ensure adherence to approved/updated business processes and procedures. Support the development of training material for project personnel. Train PMCS users. Troubleshoot PMCS issues as needed. Support document control by managing general configurations, users, and permissions. Participate in weekly team meetings. Participate in the development of PMCS reporting to meet project / program needs. Participate in identifying and implementing improvements to e-Builder configuration, workflows, forms, reports etc. Leveraging the PMC quality processes and Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 6-8 years experience on complex construction programs administering e-Builder. Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills. What You'll Need Essential Responsibilities: Conducts requirements gathering and configuration work sessions. Documents results of discussions regarding project requirements and procedures. Recommends appropriate technology solutions to support requirements of a program and/or project. Assists project team in selection of an appropriate project management control system (PMCS) solution. Drafts project procedures based on discussions, documented requirements, and contractual documents. Contributes to writing of project procedures, particularly as related to use of project controls systems. Builds workflow diagrams to support modeling of business processes and development of procedures. Leads cross-functional teams in developing project procedures and/or implementing procedures within project management system(s). Provides mentoring and support to designated PMCS administrator. Leads sessions to configure PMCS or other function-specific project management tools to support project requirements. May provide ongoing support to project team for configuration, adjustment, and reporting from PMCS systems on larger and more complex engagements. Develops training documents for system administrators and project personal related to PMCS or other systems. Trains project team members and system administrators on project management systems. Leads technology support team on larger engagements. Performs other duties as assigned.
