What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patrol Officer position at HOA Management?
Guard card preferred. This position is located at an onsite community association. We are looking for someone to fill the graveyard shift, from 2200 to 0600. There is an onsite patrol office. Each officer will patrol the property on foot throughout the night. Duties include but are not limited to the following: reporting activity, help respond to any property maintenance issues, coordinate emergencies with appropriate vendors, respond to community complaints, issue violations, track parking in 24-hour spots, monitor the amenities, issue and track parking passes, issue tickets, assist with guest check-ins, and answer questions as they pertain to the property.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have installed clear plastic barriers in the patrol office. Each employee is required to disinfect the area at the end of a shift, prior to the new shift coming in. Gloves, hand sanitizer, etc. are provided.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Guard Card (Preferred)
