What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Manager position at HOA?
The Community Manager is accountable for all day-to-day property operations and enhancing the value of the property. The community manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations. They are expected to perform regular operational tasks such as collecting rent payments, managing supplies and marketing materials, developing staff, and protecting all company assets. The CM is also the main advocate for the residents and will be the point person when it comes to resolving all complaints that come through your office.
