Job Summary
Provides administrative support with invoicing, work orders, POs, planning, equipment maintenance. Is main contact for customer support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains work orders ensuring all pertinent information is listed so the full scope of repairs is fully understood.
- Manages PO Log to maintain outstanding debits.
- Updates the shop planner, as needed.
- Contact customers for PM services and schedules units for service.
- Works with Licensing and Permitting for units in need.
- Reviews and files all shop paperwork.
- Maintains active files for all equipment.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 years administrative support
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to project positive and friendly behaviors
- Proficient in Word, Excel and the internet
