Position: Family Based Clinician
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Upper Darby, PA
Program: FBMHS, Family Based Mental Health Services.
As a family-based clinician, you will work with your families to improve emotional regulation, build stronger attachment between caregivers and child, increase healthy functioning within the home through structure and work to support a healthy alliance between caregivers.

You get clinical training in the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model, which is an evidenced based practice. You will have the ability to create your own schedule, which allows significant flexibility. While driving is a large part of the job, you will be compensated with mileage and travel reimbursement. This opportunity is a full-time position, which offers up to 20 days paid time off and 10 recognized federal paid holidays. Minimum Education: Master’s degree in a clinical discipline including two semesters of formal, supervised clinical practicum experience. All degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
Minimum Experience: Two years of experience in the behavioral health field with children/adolescents.
Certifications: Licensed or certification preferred, but not required.
Required Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
