What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ice Cream Store General Manager position at Holey Cream?
Holey Cream opened it's Hell's kitchen flagship in 2009 and has sold over 100,000 Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches since then. We now have three locations (Hell's Kitchen, Murray Hill, and West Village).
We are looking for an Entrepreneurial GM to help grow the business, The ideal candidate will help up with the following:
- Implement new donut, cupcake and brownie flavors / profiles
- Hire / Train / Manage all new and existing staff on all donuts, sundaes and shakes
- Develop new sundae flavors / profiles
- Develop new shake / frappe flavors /profiles
- Develop a high end ice cream cake business
- Manage catering functions that / off site donut and sundae parties
- Develop and implement new marketing initiatives
- Create and implement instore and social media marketing strategies
Compensation will be Base plus percentage of profits. You should be an Entrepreneur by heart and understand and get excited by that mindset!
