Brief Job Description:
As a Guest Services Agent, you have to be able to multitask and serve many guests at once. You must be able to keep calm under pressure. When the hotel is busy, you will need to be able to juggle a variety of tasks while remaining friendly to our guests. If a guest comes to you with an issue, it is your responsibility to take care of it or let someone know if you cannot. You must follow up to make sure it was completed. You are the first and last person our guest sees so, it is important that you are welcoming, show compassion and empathy. You must greet every person with a smile and kind welcoming.
What is expected?
In addition to the front desk, you will be responsible for doing laundry, cleaning, breakfast set-up, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
