Now hiring a housekeeping supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Chicago North Shore. We are located 25 minutes away from downtown Chicago and count with 245 sleeping rooms, an indoor pool, fitness center, 15,000 square feet of ballroom space and a full service restaurant.
Housekeeping is what gives hotels the ‘wow’ factor. It’s the moment that guests walk into the hotel and are impressed, then enter their bedrooms and think ‘wow, this looks wonderful’. To deliver a great guest experience – the housekeeping supervisor will oversee the work of the housekeeping staff to ensure the guest rooms are spotless and prepared for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants
- Inspect vacant rooms and report them to the front desk
- Correct all cleaning discrepancies in vacant rooms
- Report repairs needed in guest rooms to the engineers
- Report all lost and found articles
- Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff
- Perform other related duties request by manager
Requirement:

- Prior hotel experience will be helpful
