Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mid-rise building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and customer service, ensuring the smooth functioning of the property while maintaining resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Conduct property inspections
- Handle administrative tasks such as parking payment collection, bank reconciliation
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Experience:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
