SERVICE MANAGER
HOLIDAY WORLD
HOLIDAY WORLD is looking to grow the management team and we are looking for results-driven, experienced Service Manager. Great Customer Service is a main part of the Holiday World experience, so the Manager must be able to build relationships with customers, listen to their concerns and ensure the service staff performs the needed service in a timely and efficient manner. The Manager will be responsible for staffing, training and developing the service team of Service Advisors, Production Managers and Technicians.
Job Responsibilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Passionate about customer service
- Keep detailed service records and present these weekly.
- Create a positive service culture for the team & create a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
- Conduct Service and Safety meetings.
- Lead the Service Team by example
Requirements
- Responsible, ethical and committed
- Professional
- Previous service experience
- Drug screen, background check and clean driving record
- Performance driven with a need to succeed
Education and/or Experience
- Qualified candidate must:
- Strong service experience, RV service is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of service management
