Loan Processor II - Full Time Or Part Time

Holladay Bank & Trust is seeking a Full or Part Time Loan Processor II for our Main Branch in Holladay, Utah. This position is not a remote position. This position will require interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and most importantly; great customer service no matter the situation. You will process loan files prior to, during and after loan closing, which includes document preparation and attention to detail to make sure the loan file is complete and according to the loan approval. You will also be servicing construction draws, credit, debit and ATM cards and any other loan department duties.

Job Duties

• Prepare loan funding, extension tickets and disbursement checks
• Preparing loan documents and disclosures on Laser Pro
• Ensure all documents and documentation are in loan files as required (Pre & Post Closing)
• Setting up loans on our core processor
• Construction draws including maintaining draw files, preparing
• individual draw spreads for approval, working with contractors/subs
• Prepare draw files, correspond with inspector
• Monthly General Ledger account reconciliations
• Pull credit reports and floods
• Processing extensions
• Loan payments including VISA and Pay-offs
• Loan pay-off requests
• All aspects of credit card service and payments
• All aspects of ATM/Debit cards service

Required skills

• Working knowledge and understanding of general bank processes, experience in commercial and mortgage lending preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting, mathematical proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Required proficiency with word processing and ability to use various databases for processing
• Must have good organizational and file documentation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must be successful at self-management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
