CVP Concierge

We’re looking for an amazing CVP Concierge to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for assisting in driving incremental bookings through providing support for high volume CVP Agents and allowing these agents to increase their outbound efforts. Concierge will work closely with their assigned Elite CVP Agents to support the overall department goals. This is an agile position expected to meet and reach to the changing needs of customers and business .

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses Siebel to accurately document interactions with guests in order to support assigned CVP leads.
• Demonstrates Sales effectiveness by securing deposits on bookings and upselling cruise add ons.
• Pays attention to detail, reviews work for accuracy and thoroughness and maintains accurate information within appropriate records and logs.
• Monitors booking to confirm successful, accurate completion of transactions and level of customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meets pre-set call center time guidelines for, personal other, special projects, coaching and training.
• Applies knowledge of products and services to evaluate customer’s needs, provide information on products and generate maximum sales. Assists in processing new bookings, change requests and providing explanations or answers to customer questions.
• Answers inbound calls from customers, employees, and management in order to support CVP leads and generate bookings.
• Follows all Company and department-specific policies and procedures during daily operations of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Be advised : T he next training class will begin on May 23, 2022 and work schedules will be in PST hours. Please note you must reside and work in the U.S from one official place of residence, no exceptions.

Requirements

• Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with management, internal support teams and agents.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, coachable and a logical thinker.
• Strong personal computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience with Siebe.
