Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in commercial roofing maintenance, managing crews, safety requirements, and customer communication.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have commercial roofing experience
- Must have a driver’s license in good standing.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Motor vehicle records check is required.
- Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations as well as CPR/First Aid.
- Travel out of town is required from time to time.
- Must know how to install all roofing systems, properly and safely (BUILD UP, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal work)
- Must know basic computers and cell phone usage. (FCS)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Service Foreman will run a 1-2 men crew to service clients throughout the Cincinnati area.
- Inspects and maintains the roof of multiple clients
- Performs and enforces safety procedures and company policies
- Provides safety and roofing training to Roofers including all Roofer’s duties
- Be on time, be responsible and be reliable.
- Others as needed and directed by Supervisor.
COMPENSATION: $20- $30 Based on experience
