We are seeking an Operations IT Manager to oversee the information technology strategy, applications and assets and staff for our automotive sequencing business division. The Manager is responsible to understand the operational requirements, research supportive IT strategies and technology solutions, and build/maintain the most cost-effective and efficient system to achieve those goals.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBLITIES – OPERATIONS IT MANAGER
- Ensure IT needs of the business are met on daily basis.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including administration of network and desktop environment, and proper storage and backup of business data.
- Lead IT personnel to meet operational goals, be a highly valued business partner and part of a great team on which to work.
- Oversee IT application support (Nysus/Insequence).
- Maintain active directory and security functions, including antivirus updates, software patch updates in compliance with corporate standards
- Develop and provide risk evaluation, compliance management processes, and continuous-improvement programs within enterprise guidelines.
- Lead and improve IT policies and procedures.
- Manage projects/technical work and schedules to achieve objectives.
- Lead IT related implementations for new and changing business demands including user
- training, unit testing, and process document creation
- Coordinate communications and issue resolution across company IT groups, users, JV partner, and the customer.
- Ensure help desk calls and tickets are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Directly provide help desk support as needed.
- Collaborate with the corporate leadership team to integrate cross program activities and provide technical expertise.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Participation in at least 2 full life cycle implementations
- Minimum of 5 years manufacturing IT experience, automotive preferred
- Effective organizational skills
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies, VMware and virtual technologies and SAN/NAS infrastructure
- Proficiency in disaster recovery/business continuity & data backup restoral procedures
- Proficiency in Windows; proficiency with Python a plus
- Experience in data center and cybersecurity operations
- Effective people leader and communicator
