WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Prepares and serves all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintains adequate levels of products and supplies at assigned outlet
- Serves all food products in a timely manner.
- Accounts for all revenue and balances cash drawer at end of shift.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
- Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.

- Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be friendly, polite and well dressed with a good appearance.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bartender or barback experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
- Experience and knowledge of mixology and beverage service. Must possess good verbal and communication skills.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
