Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator and a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for leasing and managing the daily activities of the property. This position will also require you to contribute regularly in a broad range of tasks that include but are not limited to administration, marketing, customer service, operations, and general business management of the property.
Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Reports to: General Manager
- Knowledge of all tenant and guests’ names and information
- Priority to introduce new tenants to existing tenants
- Daily meetings and calls with tenants
- Marketing and leasing of offices, including answering phone calls, responding to phone inquiries and internet leads, scheduling prospect tours, touring prospects, closing leases, and maximizing lease renewals
- Perform diligent follow-up on all prospect leads, including phone, internet and in-person
- Assist with postings, review of internet listings, and posting of available units
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Process maintenance requests, coordinate with maintenance, and follow up to ensure timely completion or work orders
- Ensure lease files are complete and properly executed
- Responsible for general office and administrative duties
- Enforce property policies and resolve all tenant concerns
- All other activities as requested by your supervisor
- Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
- Sales coordinator must create weekly list of prospective leases
- Sales coordinator must tour 10 tenants/new potential clients per week
- Directing guided tours of each rental
- Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements
- Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed
- Renewing lease agreements, if desired
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities
- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients
- Meeting sales/revenue targets
- Sales coordinator must understand the customer
Job Requirements
- One plus year of leasing experience and/or 3 years sales/hospitality experience
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Demonstrated verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Armenian speaking a plus

Pay: $34,630.00 - $38,500.00 per year
