What will you do?
Gain full understanding of the depth and the breadth of Customer Experience Journey Optimization from the preview of both the business and the field.
Responsible for supporting the development of the CXJO Strategy, leading critical thinking throughout the project both through support and thoughtful/ thought provoking questions.
Maintain a focus on the successful implementation of future processes and technologies alongside execution of projects both short term and long term throughout this journey.
Preparation for, advance planning for, and facilitation of critical meetings, both internal and external.
Coordination/orchestration of projects or commitments directly involving the strategy leaders and working groups.
Coordination/orchestration of projects or commitments to meet timely milestones and deadlines.
Document and monitor project activities and assistance in garnering appropriate resources for development, testing and ultimately go live of solutions for CXJO.
In-depth leadership on a number of simultaneous projects and priorities.
Independent leadership of special projects, including strategy deck development, monitoring working group activities and deliverable to communications about future product-and-organization direction.
Leading the development of key communications on behalf of the strategy and/or research in support of the initiative.
Proactively identifies issues that could impact the successful execution of the executive’s commitments.
Assist leadership with managing the entire portfolio of projects and the risk associated with each
Supports the needs of the strategy team and working groups in their ability to raise critical issues with the decision makers and receive needed responses, guidance and decisions.
Laisse with Holman Strategy Office to maintain appropriate reporting and process guidelines
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for?
5 years’ experience at Holman or in a prior strategy role at another organization;
Leadership experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree a plus
Project management or quality assurance certification a plus
Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
Experience developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
