We are hiring a Total Rewards Analyst to support our Compensation and Benefits group. This is a great opportunity to be in a highly visible role with growth potential.

Compensation Programs

  • US Car Program. Day to day administration, coordination with drivers and their managers, ensure seamless onboarding of new Commercial staff, compliance utilization reviews/audits, interface with TPA (Motus/Concur), collaboration with US payroll and T&E team, etc. Annual program eligibility through verification of key information for all US commercial employees.
  • US Salary Survey Submissions. Partnership with Sr Compensation Analysts, coordination with Radford & Mercer, quarterly survey reporting, ad-hoc and one-off survey submissions throughout the year. Collection of key information for US and OUS positions, etc.
  • Comp Planning System: Support/resource in the launch/implementation of the new Compensation Planning System as well as future system modifications and launches
  • Stock Plan Services Support: Vesting approvals, retirement tracking, data audits, reporting, etc.
  • YOS/Recognition Program: Day to day administration, file feeds, audits, answering questions from HRBPs and employees, and analytics/reports, interface with TPA (Workhuman), etc.
  • Compensation Planning Process: Provide support of annual process (testing, auditing, etc.)

Benefits Programs

  • Introduce new employees to Hologic’s benefit and wellness programs by conducting new hire benefits orientation
  • Track and process Benefits and Compensation related invoices
  • Process Tuition Reimbursements and be point of contact for employees for this program
  • Complete requests for benefit related forms (QMCSO, ACA Premium Assistance, Medicare Forms, Proof of Coverage letters)
  • Provide support for local Benefit or Wellness initiatives (flu clinics, biometrics)
  • Assist with 401(k) related tasks as assigned
  • Perform administrative tasks within benefit enrollment system
  • Thoroughly understand benefit and wellness program details in order to provide exceptional customer service when monitoring various Total Reward related email inboxes to resolving inquiries with a sense of urgency
