What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer/Cashier position at Holy Chow!?
Packer/Cashier: Will be cross trained in both positions with an emphasis on packing.
Packer: Closing up take out containers, adding rice and/or soups to orders as displayed on tickets, and bagging up orders in a practical and convenient manner for take out and delivery. Communicating with both the back of house and front of house to ensure that orders are made right and on time. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Cashier: Take orders over the phone and in person. Pay out orders and give customers the right bags with their order. Use time management to ensure that orders are brought back to the kitchen and done on time. Must be able to handle high pressure situations calmly (like multiple phones ringing, upset customers, etc.)
Additional tasks may be assigned by management when necessary.
Free meal provided on each shift.
