What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Residential Services position at Holy Redeemer Health System?
SUMMARY OF JOB:
Provide general leadership to all lots within the Villages at Pine Valley. This includes Cedar Views, The Villages at Pine Valley Planned Community Association and the undeveloped lots. This includes twenty-four-hour responsibility for residential, operational, occupancy, and facilities management. Lead in the development and execution of the annual operating budget of Cedar Views, The Villages at Pine Valley Planned Community Association and the undeveloped lots. Responsible for the sales and marketing for the Cedar Views apartments. Direct, support and enhance the quality of the environment for residents and employees. Ensure compliance to all applicable federal, state and local regulations and policies.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience with knowledge and/or experience with elder housing or healthcare; or the combination of relevant work experience and academic preparation.
Demonstrated patience, understanding, and compassion for the needs of the elderly and disabled.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field required
- Leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and develop staff.
- Good financial, organizational and planning skills with abilities to manage multiple tasks and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to act independently.
