The Nurse Recruiter is directly responsible and accountable to the Vice President of #Human Resources for executing a full range of professional recruiting strategies, including identifying, sourcing and generating targeted nursing and other professional recruits.# Education and Work Experience# ### #Bachelor#s degree in nursing and active nursing license recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing preferred; or# ### #Bachelor#s degree required and One to three years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, project management, or Human Resources strongly preferred# ### #Three to five years# experience in healthcare required# #

Salary : $46,400 - $58,700
