This role is centrally focused on customer needs and service levels. The position must emulate our company mission statement and connect to our customers by being friendly, outgoing and very detail oriented. The position is designed to take our customers from the inception of their floor project all the way to the completion. The Customer Service Representative (Service Expert) is expected to become a true expert of our company installations processes, ensuring they can assist all of our customers through the entire process fluently. This position is required to operate company software systems, handle multiple ingoing/outgoing phone calls, organize files, schedule customers, handle warranty issues, conflict resolution, function well in a team environment, follow process, procedures, and be a solid communicator.
Job Duties
- Engage and interact with all customers who contact our Service Center in an effort to provide them with a pleasant experience.
- Service the needs of our customers through aggressive follow-up, multitasking skills, and an enthusiastic approach that creates a positive, service-oriented environment.
- Manage all customer needs including scheduling and troubleshooting daily questions or concerns.
- Develop ongoing relationships with key customer accounts to ensure high overall satisfaction levels.
- Monitor field service level and quality to ensure the organization is providing the highest level of service to its customers.
- Continually develop innovative and creative strategies to improve service, quality, and team performance.
