This role will function as a production specialist supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer growth, retention, and reactivations for Home Chef.
Successful candidates will be process driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable leveraging marketing automation technologies and data to deliver highly personalized, customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Lifecycle Marketing Operations
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of campaigns including production, implementation, and deployment across a range of multi-channel campaigns including email, sms, and push.
- Build highly dynamic, mobile-first emails connecting back-end data using AMPscript and data extensions
- Work closely with marketing managers to translate business objectives into actionable campaigns through the use of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and dynamic personalization based on subscriber attributes.
- Build and maintain automations, journeys, and API-triggered sends
- Perform thorough quality assurance on every campaign to ensure email and send accuracy
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations regarding new features made available with each Salesforce Marketing Cloud release
Marketing Data Segmentation:
- Create segmentations using a combination of SQL queries and third-party tools (DESelect)
- Respond to integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development
This position requires 0-10% travel.
Qualifications

- Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field
- 2 years of hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Intermediate proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Strong preference to have experience in AMPscript
- Experience with list segmentation and working with large data sets
- Experience with Push and/or SMS is a plus
- Experience in supporting end-users, requirements gathering and documentation
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of enabling repeatable processes
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
