Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 30% - Review and analyze specifications, blueprints, engineered drawings and related designs to determine factors affecting design of the wall, truss, and engineered wood components
- 20% - Partner with HD Components vendor network with any questions and/or concerns related to quotes and/or designs
- 20% - Advises Home Depot store associates on technical aspects of customer inquiries and consults with Truss Specialist 2 or Supervisor when more in-depth analysis is required
- 10% - Assist Home Depot associates with quoting process and questions related to truss quotes and orders via phone and email
- 10% - Effectively and routinely balance multiple customers and tasks
- 10% - Meet or exceed scorecard requirements for productivity and quality
