What You’ll Do :

• Conduct 1-on-1 in-home sales consultations with homeowners.

• Manage and close preset appointments generated by our marketing team.
• Contribute to our sales-focused culture with a passion for helping homeowners improve their energy efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in home services or energy products.
• Ability to close deals in both 1-on-1 and group presentation settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
