Job Description :

This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.

Your role involves conducting in-home sales presentations, closing high-ticket deals, and traveling within the area.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct professional sales presentations of our products and services to homeowners.
Travel to / from appointments and complete assessments of customers' needs.
Close sales by effectively presenting financing options.
Participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis.
Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications :

Must have a car and be willing to work 6 days a week (pick your one day off).
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Previous in-home sales experience is a plus.

Average first-year compensation : $100,000 - $150,000, with top performers earning up to $200,000.
