Job Title: Community Care Assistant (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA / HMKR)
Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour $32 per hour Aide Visit Rate!
Schedule Options: Days (Staffing times between 7:00am and 7:00pm)
Availability: Starting PT working into FT

Community Care Assistant Benefits:

Community Care Assistant Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in their homes for at least 2 hours at a time
- Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and toileting
- Maintain documentation, attend meetings, and participate in training activities as directed
- Provide hands-on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises
Community Care Assistant Qualifications:
- 1 year of prior direct caregiving experience REQUIRED!
- Ability to drive up to a 35-mile radius from your home
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month
