Job Title: Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA)

What you need:
- Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing on the Minnesota registry
- A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
- Willing to drive a radius of up to 25 miles from home
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Be at least Eighteen (18) years of age
