What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hiring Manager position at Home Helpers Homecare?

Home Helpers is hiring a hiring manager for our Boise office.

The available shift is M-F 8am-4pm

Duties:

-Interviewing employee candidates

-Implementing and processing New Hire Paperwork to state standards

-Implement policy and procedures with employee and client retention

-Carry out disciplinary and reward programs for employees

-Responsible for Payroll with all employees in your market

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

  • Boise, ID: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Hiring: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
