You will work according to your personally designed schedule to provide typical activities of daily living.
Typical Day:
- Assist the client in activities of daily living (ADL's)
- Use your skills to improve the quality of life for your client.
- Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Engage the client, keeping them active and social.
Job Requirements:
- HHA, PCA, CNA or other certifications preferred (other experience considered)
- Proven history of being dependable and on-time.
- Patient, kind, and uses good judgment.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English – mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Successfully pass criminal, drug and driving background checks
What We Offer:
- 3-part compensation package: base pay, unlimited bonus programs, full benefit package
- If hired, you will become an employee. We pay/file your payroll taxes for you and you get a W2 tax return.
- Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays.
