Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in east Texas. Specifically, Smith County and surrounding counties. As a CAREGiver at Home Instead, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to aging adults. Your day-to-day tasks will include offering companionship, personal care, assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Training
Home Instead is able to equip you with the training needed to be confident and successful in this role. In addition to a half-day in-person orientation, expect additional pre-start computer trainings, hands-on trainings with experienced, seasoned caregivers as well as regular group trainings on various topics including, dementia, personal care, transfers, professional boundaries, to name a few.
