Home Instead - The leading non-medical Home Care Agency is looking for a successful sales-minded professional to join us in enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. This Home Care Liaison role develops, manages and maximizes our referral relationships throughout Northern Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales and Marketing
- Develop and build relationships with Referral Providers and Community Partners
- Detailed documentation
- Meet with potential Clients in their Homes
- On-Call rotation
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt to a changing work day as needed
- Solution oriented problem solving
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
