We are seeking a multi-talented, professional and caring staff member. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Shelby Twp., MI
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous geriatric and staffing experience preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly and to handle a fast-paced challenging environment
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Experience with handling client concerns and a strong desire to provide the highest quality service
Must be organized, detail orientated and listen effectively and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
Meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following checks: criminal history, motor vehicle driving record and a drug test to be bondable
Professional integrity with no history of abuse toward a person

Requirements:
- Reflect the values of Macomb Care One, Inc. (dba as an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)
- Track and reconcile WellSky entries, and monitor the WellSky dashboard during working hours
- Perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients to provide the high quality service with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships
- Follow up with all client and Care Professional issues to ensure their problems are resolved
- Conduct Care Consultations to start-up new services with clients and make appropriate recommendations to new clients on the shifts they should have within the home
- Ensure the timely and accurate production of all required paperwork for the client's plan of care and long-term care insurance
- Conduct needs assessments for clients to ensure the needs of the client can be met by the agency's resources and logs those assessments to communicate changes to the staff and client's family.
- Assist with answering phones, scheduling, making/xeroxing packets for all departments
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer service attributes, which will include patience, compassion, and empathy
- Learn, implement and use Salesforce
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities with the assigned territory, including the use of Salesforce software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assist with Human Resource functions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Participate in and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and co-workers
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager or Owner
