Home Movers is a residential moving business based in Birmingham, AL that prides itself upon quality service and top notch people. However, we are currently understaffed and are looking to fill a hole in our leadership.
This role in particular is for a Move Manager:
Job Description: This is that of a leadership position, involving the hiring, training & developing of key liaisons to the customer (Team leaders), as well as managing overall labor expenditure. This, in conjunction with tangible aspects, such as logistics and outstanding customer service allows us to be profitable and exceed customer expectations.
Communication skills, leadership/hiring ability, management experience, technological and technical knowledge are some of the primary characteristics that would make someone succesful in this role.
KPIs/Must Haves/Responsibilities:
-100% completion, satisfaction and payment for all jobs.
-⅔ reviews with ZERO negative
-Manage payroll & rental budgets
-Facilitate meetings and PRs
-Generate high quality content
-Create safety standards and SOPs
-Maintain accurate payroll sheet
