Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in managing in-home sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Exceptional ability to drive team performance toward company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
