We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team of maintenance workers. The successful candidate will be adept at working with their hands and should have experience performing general maintenance on internal and external locations. Our Maintenance Division is currently in need of a skilled individual who can work independently, but also has the ability to work in a team environment and follow through on complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the building clean.
- Keep the building organized and orderly.
- Keep track of building parts.
- Keep track of supplies.
- Carry out cleaning assignments.
- Keep track of service requests.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fairdale, WV 25839: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
