We are seeking a veterinarian to join the Home with Dignity family to help establish a new market in Des Moines, IA. As a Home with Dignity Doctor, you will receive one-on-one training from our founder, Dr. Jim Humphries, who has used his lifetime of experience to create a unique and best-in-class approach to end-of-life care. Home With Dignity offers a highly competitive compensation package of 30% production, $100k base with no negative accrual, and a generous signing bonus. The ideal candidate for a Home with Dignity doctor will have at least 5 years of clinical experience. Compassion, patience, communication and people skills are all critical to success in this special kind of practice. While you will be surrounded by supporting members of the Home with Dignity team, it is also important that you have an entrepreneurial spirit to help drive growth in your geographical territory by maintaining strong connections with referring veterinary hospitals.
