Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Liaison/Sales professional at HomeCentris Healthcare, LLC in the Baltimore metropolitan area, MD. The role will involve daily tasks such as building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals. The Hospital Liaison/Sales professional will educate potential clients and their families about our home-based healthcare services, conduct assessments and consultations, and facilitate the transition of patients from hospitals to home-based care. Additionally, the role may involve providing ongoing support and follow-up for clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare providers
- Knowledge of home-based healthcare services and Medicare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate care plans
