What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Scheduling position at HomeCourt Home Care?
We are looking for a dedicated & hard working person to join our current office team as a Scheduler!
- 1 year of experience in Scheduling or a related field is required.

Must be:
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Detail oriented & organized
- Able to prioritize
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be self motivated and have a strong work ethic
Our Schedulers coordinate the schedules for about 50 client cases each. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- · Scheduling: Coordinating client and staff schedules efficiently and effectively. Must have great attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- · Communicating effectively with our staff members about clients and schedules. Must have great customer service and phone etiquette.
- · On Call: Responsible for after-hours phone on a rotating basis; on call every other week after-hours and every other weekend for emergency phone calls. Additional compensation paid for on-call week.
- Work closely with administrative team to provide clients with an excellent home care experience

Salary commensurate with experience. Health insurance is not available at this time at HomeCourt Home Care. Our salaried office staff enjoy 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, an employer matching 401k, and optional Aflac supplemental insurance.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
