Our registrars are at the heart of our clinics and assist with setting up clinics and assisting customers and nurses.
Our clinics are located at companies, schools, and other organizations throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.
This position requires flexibility to work multiple shifts and locations ~20-40 hours/ week depending on our clients' needs from late August to the end of November.
We serve much of the Twin Cities, Brainerd, Cambridge, Duluth, Fargo, Grand Forks, Mankato, Owatonna/ Faribault, Rochester, St. Cloud, Western Wisconsin, Eastern North Dakota, and Iowa.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all health and wellness clinics
- Coordinate with the Lead Nurse and assist with set up and take down of clinics
- Review consent forms for completeness and legibility and verify insurance information
- Assist with clinic flow to ensure clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
- Travel to and from various clinics
- Previous customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented
- Team player and a Can Do Attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Competitive pay
- extra $5.00/hour if trained as a Technology Specialist
- $2.00/hour shift differential
- Travel pay 15.00/hour
- Mileage $0.67 per mile
- Safe and Sick time
