Our company is currently in need of an on-call Security Officer/ Guard. Your main duty is to maintain a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate should enjoy working independently and is able to work flexible hours. We're looking to hire immediately so serious candidates only.
On-Call Security for:
- Fire watch guards
- Event security guards
- Emergency security guards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Acts as a deterrent to prevent losses and damage by maintaining a professional presence
- Reports irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers (contingent on assignment)
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a high-school diploma or GED.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Willing to submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references and employment verification’s
- English fluency
- Related work experience
- Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours
