We are expanding rapidly and in need of tech-savvy people who have excellent attention to detail and a true desire to help others, to join our growing team.
We have several opportunities for an experienced, licensed Real Estate Agent for the state of Maryland who will support HomeLister’s customers to process listings, manage accounts, review offers, produce counter offers, and perform various agent duties. Tired of the weekend viewings? Great news - our Agents are full-time and work remotely. This role is not field based and you will not be going to client's homes, showing homes or required to find leads. You will work solely with clients who have already listed their homes with HomeLister.
About You:
· You must have a min. of 2 years as a licensed Agent in Maryland. You do not need to be living in the Maryland area.
· Attention to detail is a must
· Tech savvy and proficient at all standard office software, as well as quick to learn new software programs
· Comfortable with data entry and have proficient typing skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Superior customer service skills (for team members and customers, alike)
· experience preferred with MLS entry, negotiation, disclosure forms, familiarity with real estate contracts, offer and counter offer, all typical paperwork and documentation.
· No prior ethics violations.
· Must reside within the U.S.

Base Salary $50,000-$60,000
