Responsibilities
ROCKSTAR Caregiver Description:
- Follow the Playlist – Individual Service Pan (ISP) created for each client
- Perform the Daily Duties – Health monitoring, medication administration, meal prep, personal care and light housekeeping
- Support the Band – Build community relationships through recreational activities
- Maintain an Authentic Approach – Redirect challenging behaviors
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work with individuals with special needs or willingness to learn
- Communication & Problem-Solving skills
- Managing stressful conditions by maintaining self-composure and self-control
- Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen
- Who’s driving the tour bus?? Some positions may require valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
