Are you enthusiastic, a good communicator, as well as quality driven and attentive to detail? Our busy Title Insurance Agency is in need of an experienced Real Estate Settlement Processor to join our team! The right individual needs to be a motivated and enthusiastic person with solid skills in real estate processing. There is also potential to conduct real estate closings. Accurate calculations and a focus on detail are needed to provide our clients with the most efficient closing process. Excellent communication skills are required to provide outstanding customer service to our buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents. In addition to processing files for settlements, the position requires knowledge regarding tax prorations, mortgage payoffs, lien payoffs, title insurance calculations and preparation of various real estate settlement documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
