Qualifications & Competencies:
- Ability to learn and grow
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screen test
Job Requirements:
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing fixtures, toilets, urinals, faucets, sump pumps, disposals, sewer pumps, etc.
- Diagnose and repair problems with electric and gas water heaters
- Repair water, waste line, and gas leaks
- Operate sewer equipment
- Diagnose and repair power vent water heaters
- Knowledge of pumps and controls
- Proficient understanding of plumbing systems
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of MD, VA, and DC plumbing codes
- Run "on-call" duty on rotation
- Process invoices
- Maintain and practice company safety policies and procedures
