As a Home Services Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations in the company van (with air conditioning), perform responsibilities as a 2-member valued team, ensure proper documentation of work being performed, install new equipment, respond to client requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help provide technical training on company equipment.

Home Services Technician Responsibilities (as a team with the Lead Home Services Technician):
Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches.
Conducting routine equipment servicing out in the field.
Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures.
Installing and testing new equipment.
Providing preventive equipment maintenance.
Maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.
Completing job reports.
Home Services Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Documentation for I-9 background check.
Clean driving record.
Ability to travel in company van and work according to a changing schedule.
Excellent time management skills.
Handy skills (ok with heights/ladder work, gutter cleaning, power washing experience a plus).
Ability to problem-solve.
Good communication and training skills.
Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
