Work from home. We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll using Gusto, Quickbooks accounting, tracking expenses, billing, data entry and reporting, and providing administrative support to the organization, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll using Gusto
- Accounting using Quickbooks
- Microsoft Excel data entry, analysis and validation.
- Tracking job expenses and billing
- Job reporting
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
