Call Center Representative Job Description:
We are searching for a personable, thorough Call Center Representatives to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients via telephone. The Call Center Representative's responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services and then scheduling a time for our Designers to meet with each client. WARM Leads – NO Cold Calling
Benefits:
You will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package on the first of the month following your 60 days of employment. This will include but is not limited to, medical, dental, vision, basic and voluntary life and AD&D, accident, critical illness, legal, short-term disability, and long-term disability. Participation in our 401(k) with company match will occur after one year of service.
What You’ll Get:
$16 per hour plus bonuses/commissions (Our reps average up to $20 per hour)
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services and properly explain these to prospective customers when making appointments
- Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you. (NO Cold Calling/ALL Warm Leads)
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Designer.
- Attempting to contact prospective clients who we have been unable to contact.
- Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
- Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
Call Center Representative Requirements:
- NO experience necessary – ideal for college students or recent grads
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A positive attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
- Exhibit top-notch verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous disposition.
- Persuasive and results oriented.
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week
