Maintenance Technician

Homewood Suites, McAllen TX is hiring Maintenance Technicians, this person will be responsible for maintaining the physical hotel property and hotel grounds. They will perform necessary repairs and all preventive maintenance in order to ensure a safe environment. All employees are eligible for paid time off and employee health insurance. What You Will Be Doing:

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
• Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.
• Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping
• Pool chemical testing
• Maintain storerooms in a clean, neat, and organized state.

Must be flexible with schedule, weekends and holidays.

Mantenimiento

Embassy Suites, McAllen Tx está buscando Personas de Mantenimiento, estas personas será responsable de mantener la propiedad física del hotel y los terrenos del hotel. Realizarán las reparaciones necesarias y todo el mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar un entorno seguro.

Funciones esenciales del trabajo

• Visualmente inspeccionar y probar maquinaria y equipo.
• Reparar y mantener la estructura física del establecimiento.
• Mantiene un Programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo dentro de las habitaciones para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares trimestralmente y se registra la documentación adecuada.
• Responder a las solicitudes de mantenimiento recibidas de la recepción o el servicio de limpieza
• Pruebas químicas de piscinas
• Mantener los almacenes en un estado limpio, limpio y organizado.
• Autorizacion para trabajar en United States (Requisito)

Debe contar con flexibilidad de horario, fines de semana y días festivos.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
